Refund Policy

2. Refunds
Review Process: Once we receive your returned book, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Non-Refundable Items: Digital products, including e-books, are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. Sale items are also non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
We only exchange physical items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at hello@shanelybarning.com.
4. Shipping
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
