You have two options. Your first step in working with Shanely, a plant-based nutrition coach, is to join her for a Free 1 hour coaching call to gain an understanding of how we can work together, or you can dive into your first Initial 90-minute Zoom session.  This 90-minute session introduces plant-based nutrition coaching and allows you to understand how it can benefit your health and well-being. Shanely will briefly overview her qualifications and experience as a vegan nutritionist and certified life coach, emphasising her expertise in guiding women over 40 through incorporating plant-based eating into their lifestyle.

Shanely expertise as a plant-based nutritionist and life coach, which allows her to address the physical benefits and emotional and psychological aspects of transitioning to a plant-based diet. She understands this shift can be intimidating, especially for women over 40. Shanely will provide practical tips, personalised guidance, and support to help you navigate the world of plant-based nutrition with confidence and ease. She will address any concerns or challenges, ensuring a holistic approach to your well-being.

My Story

Why I chose to go Plant-Based

Before I switched to a plant-based diet, I used to be sceptical about how people could get enough protein without meat. I worried that those who didn't eat meat might lack iron and other essential nutrients. However, after months of research, I decided to transition to a plant-based diet to improve my overall health and alleviate my menopause symptoms. Since then, I have seen a tremendous transformation in myself. My skin now glows with radiance, my energy levels are consistently high, and my menopause symptoms have significantly reduced. I am now happier, healthier, and thriving as a 51-year-old woman.

 

There is so much misinformation about plant-based diets, and it can be challenging to know what to believe. However, with the correct information, you can also experience the benefits of a plant-based diet without feeling like you're missing out. That's why I'm passionate about this lifestyle and have completed my diploma in Plant-Based Nutrition. I want to help others accelerate their understanding and experience the positive impact that a plant-based diet can have on their well-being.
